Our policy
Both of our offices are oen between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Since our physicians rotate between both of our offices, our patients have the privilege of asking for a specific physician they would like to schedule an appointment with.
In order to provide timely service to our patients, we prefer you call to schedule all visits to our clinic.
If you are later than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reshedule your appointment. Please call ahead if you know you will be late for your appointment so that we may keep your time open. If you must cancel your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance.
About our Payment Schedule
All patient co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles and unpaid accounts/overdue bills are due at the time of service. Our clinic accepts cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. Our practice has a policy of charging a $25 fee for all returned checks. The patient is resonsible for paying the fee and the amount for the returned check within 10 days of the sent notice or further action will be taken.
